EXTENDING CARE AND COMPASSION TO GUSHIEGU COMMUNITY IN NORTHERN REGION OF GHANA, WEST AFRICA (2024)
In 2024, PMJC NGO Ghana outreach team visited the Gushiegu community in the Northern Region of Ghana – West Africa, to provide free health screening services and support to residents. Community members received basic medical checks such as blood pressure and blood sugar as well as hemoglobin and malaria testing. Community members additionally received health guidance, and compassionate one-on-one care from dedicated volunteers.
As part of the outreach, basic supplies were also shared with vulnerable individuals and families, bringing smiles, encouragement, and hope to many.
Beyond healthcare, the visit created meaningful moments of connection, kindness, and support within the community. We remain committed to touching lives through service, compassion, and humanitarian outreach.
