7 Years of God’s Faithfulness: A Thanksgiving Journey
The story of The Prophetic Ministries of Jesus Christ (PMJC) is a journey of faith, obedience, and God’s undeniable presence. Seven years ago, this ministry started with a call and a vision. Today, 2nd of January, 2025, we look back with gratitude for the incredible ways God’s faithfulness has worked through PMJC to touch lives worldwide.
It All Began with a Call
In October 2017, two calls came just 20 minutes apart, leaving Kendy of Jesus Christ deeply moved and contemplative. One call was from America, and the other was from Africa. Both conveyed a powerful message from God. The first caller described a vision of Kendy of Jesus Christ preaching on the radio to a global audience. The second call confirmed what Kendy of Jesus Christ had been wrestling with—God was calling her and awaiting her full “Yes.”
That moment felt overwhelming yet filled with divine purpose. Kendy of Jesus Christ prayed for three days and said “Yes” to God with her whole heart. It was during this time that the ministries’ name was revealed: The Prophetic Ministries of Jesus Christ. This unique name had no other counterpart in the U.S., and the divine confirmation filled her with awe, marking the beginning of an extraordinary journey.
Stepping Out in Faith
PMJC was officially registered in Texas on January 2, 2018. From the outset, the journey was rife with challenges that tested faith and perseverance. The first major hurdle came months later when PMJC planned its first mission trip to Africa. It seemed nearly impossible; the ministry was new, funds were tight, and the logistics appeared overwhelming. However, the team leaned on prayer and placed their complete trust in God. Against all odds, the mission became a reality, demonstrating that with God, no obstacle is insurmountable.
While building the PMJC website, a live radio feature was suggested. Initially hesitant, Kendy of Jesus Christ remembered the vision of preaching on the radio and agreed to implement it immediately. God provided one instruction: Do not record. Despite doubts about engagement, PMJC obeyed, and to this day, every live radio program has aired without any recordings.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, when many ministries faced disruptions, PMJC’s radio programs grew stronger. New languages were introduced, including Yoruba, French, Spanish, Twi, and Swahili. This unwavering obedience has been rewarded with abundant blessings from God.
Missions Across the World
At the heart of PMJC is a passion for missions. Over the past seven years, the ministry has served innumerable communities, bringing hope and practical help. PMJC has reached:
- Homeless camps in Texas, New Mexico, and New York
- Underprivileged communities in Ghana, Nigeria, Kenya, and India
- Global cities like Dubai to extend their reach to international audiences.
A standout moment occurred during PMJC’s first mission trip to Nigeria in 2018. The team met a young boy named Tunde at an orphanage. Having lost his parents, he was engulfed in despair. The team spent time with him, shared meals, and prayed for his future. By the end of the visit, Tunde’s smile returned, and he expressed feeling hopeful again. Stories like Tunde’s illustrate that these missions go beyond charity; they are about demonstrating God’s love in action, meeting needs, and sharing the message of hope in Christ.
Surrendering Leadership to God
The responsibility of leading PMJC was immense, but Kendy of Jesus Christ made a transformative decision. She stepped back from the role of General Overseer, entrusting the role to Jesus Christ. This was more than a title change; it fundamentally shifted how the ministry operated. Surrendering leadership to Christ brought clarity and peace, allowing Kendy of Jesus Christ to focus solely on her role as the Visioneer, trusting Jesus to guide general decisions. This surrender shaped PMJC’s culture, ensuring that each step aligned with God’s will. By placing Christ at the forefront, PMJC became a living testament to faith in action, with a mission deeply rooted in obedience to God’s plan.
This approach has been transformative, allowing PMJC to operate with Christ at the centre, ensuring every step aligns with God’s will. It serves as a constant reminder that this is God’s ministry, and He is in control.
Connecting Through Media
PMJC fully embraces technology to spread God’s word. The ministries’ online presence on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Instagram helps connect with people across the globe. These tools have allowed PMJC to overcome barriers such as distance, reaching remote areas, and engaging younger audiences who are often online. Live programs, shared testimonies, and updates keep the global PMJC family inspired and united in their faith.

As PMJC celebrates its seventh anniversary, we are filled with gratitude. We thank God for:
